Prepare yourself for hefty return shipping costs and some pretty rude customer service if you need to send stuff back. I can't really suggest this shopping site, particularly for folks in the US. The customer care is just not up to par!

I snagged a Gucci dress for $2350, but just a week later, I spotted it on The Outnet for $300 less (taxes and duties included). I reached out to Customer Service about this, but they told me they don’t do price matching. It’s a bummer they don’t offer store credit for that, as it would make them seem more reliable, like other well-known designer outlets. I reckon I’ll stick to the more reputable brands next time. That was a hefty spend for me, and since it was my first buy on the site, I ended up feeling pretty let down.

I purchased a Chloe Faye bag that was discounted. I placed my order late Friday, and it showed up at my home in Denmark by Monday morning. (I was blown away😲👏🏼) The service was super speedy and the products are legit. You can shop here with confidence :-)

I purchased a Vivienne Westwood bag from this website. The way it was presented was misleading. The size listed online was smaller than the actual dimensions of the bag. When it finally arrived, it resembled more of a shopping tote than a proper handbag. I reached out to the seller and was told to return it. The post office recommended I send it back with insurance due to its value, which set me back around £60 GBP. The seller only agreed to cover the return shipping up to 30 USD. I found this quite unfair since I would’ve kept the bag if it had been described accurately. They refunded the bag's price and sent me a cheque for 30 from a Canadian bank, but they wouldn’t process it in the UK. Apparently, it didn’t specify USD on the cheque. I got in touch with the seller again, and I'm still waiting for the second cheque!

I purchased a Balmain skirt online. The shipping was quicker than I thought it would be. I'm super pleased with the service. You can definitely count on this site.
